NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A 4-month-old was found dead at a suspected illegal daycare in Antioch, according to a court filing in Davidson County Chancery Court.
On July 18, the infant was found responsive in a crib at a home in Antioch. The owner of the home says she laid the child down after feeding him and found him dead 20 minutes later.
At the time, she was caring for seven other children, which is three children over the maximum number of unrelated children allowed under state statute, according to the court documents…
