More than a third of Nashville homes seeing price cuts, giving buyers an edge

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Nashville’s housing market has shifted, and if you are buying or selling right now, the numbers show a noticeable trend.

“We do everything on our side that we have always done to sell the homes,” Michael Gomez, Broker/Owner of Hive Nashville, said. “[If] the house that is still there, we are going to have to talk and be like, ‘Hey, how low can you go?’”

Many homeowners in Nashville are having that conversation, with about 35% of listings seeing price cuts, according to a Zillow report.
