NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A woman is dealing with nerve damage after she was struck by lightning at Dale Hollow Lake. She and her husband said their fun weekend at the lake with friends ended in a visit to Vanderbilt’s Burn Center.
Stephen Webb said he and his wife heard a rumble in the distance, but it wasn’t raining yet.
