Duo accused in Nashville crash that killed Mt. Juliet motorcyclist

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – The Metro Nashville Police Department has announced the arrests of two people accused in a deadly crash involving a motorcyclist.

MNPD reports that 38-year-old Justin Brake is charged with vehicular homicide and other charges in connection with the death of 47-year-old Jeremy Whitaker.

Both Brake and his 31-year-old girlfriend, Gabriella Wolcott, told officers that Wolcott was driving. However, fatal crash investigators reviewed surveillance video that showed it was Brake who was driving.
