NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A suspect has been taken into custody after a man was injured in an overnight shooting at a South Nashville convenience store following an argument, officials said.
According to the Metro Nashville Police Department, the shooting was reported in the 5000 block of Linbar Drive at approximately 12:20 a.m. on Monday, July 28.

When officers arrived to the scene, they reportedly found a 53-year-old man in a nearby apartment complex suffering from a gunshot wound to his left foot. He was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Meanwhile, the suspect—identified as 44-year-old Tiwon Harvell—was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, felon in possession of a firearm and possession of a handgun under the influence. Booking records show he is being held in Metro Jail on a $100,000 bond…
