NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Two teenagers have been arrested after their alleged involvement in an April 30 robbery that resulted in a shooting, injuring two other teenagers.
According to the Metro Nashville Police Department, a 16-year-old told detectives in the Specialized Investigation Division that he was involved in the robbery, which occurred in the parking lot of a Walmart located in the 3000 block of Hamilton Church Road.

The robbery led to an 18-year-old and a 14-year-old being shot, according to the MNPD. Authorities said the 16-year-old and two others met the victims in the parking lot “as part of a setup to steal the victims’ gun.”
According to the MNPD, the group engaged in a conversation. Then, the 16-year-old and the two others with him went to get their own weapons from the vehicle they had arrived in.
