Nashville, Tenn. (WZTV) — Metro Nashville Police say that David Foxx, 31, was arrested for 25 outstanding warrants Thursday.
Vehicle Crimes deceives saw Foxx driving near 16th Ave North and Blank Street on Thursday night. They identified him, finding that he had 25 outstanding warrants. The warrants range from charges for theft of merchandise, auto theft, domestic violence and probation violation.
Police say that Foxx fled from officers, and during a pursuit spike strips were successfully used to stop him on Charlotte Ave near I-40W. They took him into custody. He stands accused of taking items from several businesses since March, including Dollar General, TJ Maxx, Old Navy and Bath & Body Works…
