BEDFORD COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — Court documents reveal that a multi-million dollar lawsuit has been filed against Shelbyville-based Uncle Nearest, Nearest Green Distillery, Uncle Nearest Real Estate Holdings and its owners Fawn and Keith Weaver.
Louisville-based Farm Credit Mid-America has accused Uncle Nearest of defaulting on more than $100 million in loans and misusing funds.

Court documents said the company breached its contract on $65 million in revolving loans, $22 million in term loans, and $15 million in real estate line of credit loans, leading to a suit of more than $108 million dollars including unpaid principal and interest.
