11,000 homes coming to La Vergne

LA VERGNE, Tenn. (WZTV) — The City of La Vergne is once again on the verge of rapid expansion, as one of the largest mixed-use developments in Tennessee history begins to take shape.

The Twinning Stations project includes the construction of more than 11,000 homes, making it the largest approved housing development in the state. But it’s not just rooftops—plans also call for around 100 new retail stores, restaurants, and public parks, all centered around the growing Waldron Road corridor.
