NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A man faces charges of vehicular homicide and driving under the influence after a head-on crash that killed a woman and left another person seriously injured in South Nashville.
According to the Metro Nashville Police Department, the crash was reported at 3:25 a.m. Sunday in the area of Bell Road and Harris Hills Lane.

Investigators said a Maserati SQ4 driven by Julio Ceasar Herrera Gonzalez, 36, crossed into oncoming lanes of traffic and struck a Nissan Rogue head on.
The Nissan driver was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center with life-threatening injuries, and the 37-year-old passenger was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities are working to notify her family…
