Man convicted after killing man, injuring Nashville officer in high-speed crash while intoxicated

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – The Davidson County District Attorney’s Office is celebrating the conviction of a man involved in a deadly high-speed crash.

DA Glenn Funk reports that a Davidson County jury found 60-year-old Roger McElroy guilty in the death of Steven Toth.

The crash also left Metro Nashville Police Office Benjamin Cantrell injured.
