NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – The demand for apartments in downtown Nashville has cooled off considerably.
Following the construction of tens of thousands of apartment units over the years, many have vacancies.
“In the short term, they may have overbuilt a little bit for the demand, so now there’s a lot of vacant units in central Nashville, and they’re having to get pretty competitive to fill those units,” Nick Gerli of Reventure App explained…
