Female passenger dies at hospital following motorcycle crash in South Nashville

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Both riders have now died after crashing their motorcycle into an SUV in South Nashville on Tuesday night.

The Metro Nashville Police Department reported that two people on a 2014 CFMoto 650 were involved in a crash on Nolensville Pike. Both of them were thrown from the bike after smashing into a Chrysler Aspen as it pulled out of a gas station.

The operator, identified as 19-year-old Daniel Velasco-Reyes, died after being transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
