MADISON, Tenn. (WZTV) — A new Madison mother says she’s been left powerless, literally, after moving into her new home, only to find out the lights won’t come on because of someone else’s past-due bill.
Ashley Tinch moved into her new home on September 2, hopeful for a fresh start with her children. But just two days later, she’s still without power, and her dream of a new beginning is already on hold.
