NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Waitlists for two affordable housing properties will open later this month, according to the Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency.
Those properties and their waitlist opening dates are:
- Gernert Studio Apartments – Waitlist opens noon Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2025
- Edgefield Manor – Waitlist opens noon Thursday, Sept. 11, 2025
Both properties have studio and one-bedroom apartments.
MDHA said preferences will be given to applicants who are 62 and older or those with disabilities.
