An 18-year-old was arrested Monday after a Traffic Unit investigation identified him as the owner of an Instagram account that promoted dangerous street racer meetups and intersection takeovers.
The investigation, conducted in a continued effort to combat illegal street racing, showed Maycol Castaneda Orellana, of Nashville, posted flyers and photos advertising locations of car meetup events where reckless driving stunts would be performed.
