NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A person has died after a hit-and-run in North Nashville, according to authorities, sparking a search for the driver involved in the incident.
Metro police said a male pedestrian was injured at approximately 10:35 p.m. Tuesday in a crash on Dr. D.B. Todd Jr. Boulevard near Osage Street.

Law enforcement said the preliminary investigation indicates the man was walking on the east side of the street when he was struck by a dark SUV that continued traveling northbound.
The pedestrian was reportedly taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he died. Officials are working to identify him and notify his family…
