NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A father is facing multiple charges following a crash where he was found to be under the influence while his two children were with him, according to an arrest report.
According to an arrest affidavit from the Metro Nashville Police Department, officers responded to a crash on Fairway Drive on Thursday and found 38-year-old John Plaskett visibly drunk at the wheel.
The report states that Plaskett could barely stand on his own and smelled of alcohol. When he attempted to complete the field sobriety test for the officers, he could not manage any of the tasks, according to the report.
