The drag racing community is mourning the loss of Ed Robbins, a beloved racer and man of deep faith, who was tragically killed in a crash at Jackson Dragway in Tennessee on October 18th.
According to authorities, Robbins was involved in a single-car accident during an event at the eighth-mile drag strip, located between Nashville and Memphis. Emergency crews from Madison County responded to the scene, but Robbins was pronounced dead shortly after the incident. All remaining track activities were canceled for the night out of respect for his family and fellow racers.
