NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A man was arrested and charged with his fifth DUI over the weekend after officers allegedly spotted him driving into oncoming traffic in Nashville.
Officers with the Metro Nashville Police Department pulled over a vehicle just after midnight Saturday near the intersection of Murfreesboro Pike and Elm Hill Pike. It had allegedly been driving on the wrong side of the road towards oncoming traffic along Elm Hill Pike, according to arrest papers.
