After almost 40 years, closure is finally coming to the Gallatin family of James and Lilly Sullivan.
The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department (MNPD) announced on Oct. 13 that a skull has been identified as Alice Mae Sullivan, the daughter of James and Lilly Sullivan.
Alice, a graduate of Gallatin High School and a 20-year-old business student at Tennessee State University, has been missing since Aug. 28, 1986, when she failed to pick up her 3-year-old son from the babysitter after a day of classes…
