Kix Brooks being recognized for his philanthropic efforts.
One half of Brooks & Dunn was recently at the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt for a ceremony that ended with Brooks officially joining the children’s hospital’s Walk of Champions. In case you aren’t familiar, the Walk of Champions is in place to celebrate those in the entertainment industry that give back to Monroe Carell.
Kix Brooks has always made an effort to help those in need throughout his career, and has used his Arrington Vineyards Harvest Party, his Celebrity Golf Classic and the Growing to New Heights Campaign to raise money and give back to the Nashville children’s hospital.
