NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Detectives are searching for the suspect or suspects involved in a deadly ambush shooting at an apartment complex in Metro Center, according to the Metro Nashville Police Department.
MNPD said 26-year-old Jackailus Groves arrived at the Parc of Metro Center Apartments on Athens Way, where his girlfriend lives, just after 3:15 a.m.
As Groves got out of his SUV, police said he was shot in what appeared to be an ambush.
