Nashville pedestrian struck, killed on Lafayette Street

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — A pedestrian was struck and killed on Nov. 4 on Lafayette Street near Fairfield Avenue, Nashville police said.

The victim, tentatively identified as a 62-year-old Nashville man, was crossing Lafayette Street around 9:50 p.m. when he was hit by a 2024 Toyota Camry traveling eastbound, according to the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department. Authorities are working to confirm his identity and notify next of kin.
