Nashville Residents Invited to Donate Food for Local Families at Kroger on November 13

On Thursday, November 13, 2025, the Nashville Office of Emergency Management will partner with Kroger and Second Harvest Food Bank for a 12-hour food drive at the Kroger store at 5713 Edmondson Pike, Nashville. From 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., volunteers will collect non-perishable food items in a designated area outside the store. The event aims to support families in Metro Nashville Davidson County who are affected by a lapse in SNAP benefits this November.

Shoppers are asked to donate items such as peanut butter, canned meats, vegetables, fruits, pasta, and cereal.
