WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Tenn. (WZTV) — A man who prompted a lockdown at Ascension Saint Thomas last week is now in custody after turning himself into authorities Sunday, the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office confirms.
William Matthew Frankenbauch, a convicted felon out of Williamson County, is back in custody after a multi-county pursuit last week.
He was wanted on multiple felony warrants, including six counts of aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor — over 100 images, nine violations of the sex offender registry, and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.
According to investigators, around 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 6, two Williamson County detectives were in the area of Old Hickory Boulevard in Nashville on an unrelated case when they spotted Frankenbach. Detectives attempted to stop him, but he fled in his vehicle, leading them on a chase…
