NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A man is facing a charge of driving under the influence after he was allegedly driving around Nashville while drinking a “tall boy beer” with children inside the vehicle, according to an arrest affidavit.
Police said that Antonio D. Brown was confronted by officers as he arrived at a home with two children in the car over the weekend.
After parking the vehicle, the arrest affidavit states that officers saw a Busch Light tall boy beer in plain view in the vehicle’s front cupholder.
