NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — Investigators are working to determine what caused a tragic LifeFlight crash on Saturday that claimed the life of flight nurse Allan Williams and left two other crew members seriously injured.
Neighbors near the crash site say they were stunned when they saw emergency crews rushing in.
