NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency’s (MDHA) Board of Commissioners approved a master development agreement that would revitalize the Napier Place and Sudekum Apartments.
The agreement was approved during a board meeting on Nov. 12 and allows the MDHA to collaborate with a team of co-developers on the agency’s Napier and Sudekum Transformation plan. According to a release from MDHA, the agreement also establishes how both parties will work together.
The developers involved in the revitalization include:
- The NHP Foundation
- The Peebles Corporation
- Legacy Real Estate Development, Inc.
- Pillars Development LLC
- APK Development & Construction, LLC.
Under the transformation plan, the current units will be replaced with mixed-use and a mixed-income community that will feature more than 2,000 apartments.
