WeGo Public Transit in Nashville has announced more Journey Pass sign-up events. The Journey Pass is an income-based program that offers free public transportation to eligible Davidson County residents. The program is funded by Choose How You Move.
It is the first initiative in the city to provide free transit for people with limited income. Since the program began, about 4,500 residents have enrolled. They have received over 40,000 free rides.
