NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A man with multiple warrants is at large after he escaped police custody Wednesday while still wearing handcuffs, officials said.
According to the Metro Nashville Police Department, 20-year-old Marcus Stanton ran from an officer who was escorting him from General Hospital.
Stanton was reportedly set to be booked on multiple warrants, including for auto/theft-related charges, after he was arrested early Wednesday morning.
Authorities added Stanton was handcuffed and is believed to have ingested drugs before being placed into custody and taken to General Hospital…
