Woman charged with attempted homicide after stabbing in Nashville

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — An 18-year-old suspect was charged with attempted homicide after a stabbing that reportedly stemmed from a domestic dispute.

According to court documents, Sunday, Nov. 30, officers found the victim outside of a house in the 1500 block of 9th Avenue North with a stab wound to the left side of his rib cage. He reportedly suffered a ruptured spleen and had to undergo surgery.

Documents said Talaisha Webster, 18, walked out of the house and made a statement along the lines of “I did it.” She reportedly told officers the knife was in a gray backpack, which was later found just inside a doorway of the house with the weapon inside…
