NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — A man who is accused of raping a woman outside a Nashville church, who later died, has a long list of offenses that have been largely dismissed.
FOX 17 News has found he has a long list of offenses, and spoke with victim advocates who said enough is enough. They are demanding change in the criminal justice system.
