Kidnapping victim allegedly calls 911 from trunk of suspect’s car during gunpoint robbery

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRC) – A man allegedly forced two men into his trunk at gunpoint during a robbery. The suspect was arrested after one of the victims managed to call 911 from inside the vehicle.

Two unnamed men, ages 18 and 26, were at a Citgo gas station on December 3 when 41-year-old Jericco McFarland approached them while aiming a revolver at the pair, according to arrest papers obtained by WSMV. McFarland allegedly fired multiple shots at the victims before forcing them into the trunk of his Ford Fusion.

“This shot struck/grazed the victim on the left leg near his ankle and continued down through the top and out the back of his tennis shoe,” documents reportedly said…
