Think you’re having a rough day? Police say two men were kidnapped and stuffed into a trunk in Nashville, Tennessee, after having a gun pulled on them in broad daylight.
The two men, ages 18 and 26, say they were held at gunpoint at a local Citgo gas station at about 4:45 one recent afternoon and forced into the trunk of a Ford Fusion. The motive was allegedly robbery.
The suspected 41-year-old kidnapper also allegedly fired multiple shots before being put into the vehicle’s trunk. The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department (MNPD) reported that one bullet “struck/grazed [a] victim on the left leg near his ankle and continued down through the top and out the back of his tennis shoe.”
The alleged kidnapper neglected to take the victim’s phone
The victims survived the kidnapping by calling 911 for help from the trunk of the Fusion. WSMV News reported that a police spokesperson confirmed the incident did “not appear to be random.”…
