NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Nashville has seen no shortage of new apartments in recent years, with the city reaching its peak of new units in 2024.
With so many apartments coming online, some landlords are now working to fill vacant units. Still, in West Nashville, you’ll find construction crews hard at work, building even more apartment buildings.
“In the last five to ten years, we’ve seen The Nations neighborhood just really build up and kind of turn into a neighborhood,” Apartment Insiders CEO Joel Sanders said while walking down Centennial Boulevard. “There wasn’t much going on in The Nations prior to that. West Nashville’s continued to build out restaurants; the quality of life is high, and you’re about 10 minutes away from all of those really fun things to do that you can see in Nashville.”…
