NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A man has been taken into custody one week after a deadly shooting in Nashville’s Woodbine area, marking the second arrest related to this case, according to officials.
The Metro Nashville Police Department said officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 400 block of Woodbine Street shortly before 1:45 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 3. When law enforcement arrived at the scene, they found a man with a single gunshot wound to the chest.

A witness reportedly told authorities the victim was waiting for a friend outside the Nashville Hookah Bar, an unknown suspect approached him, an argument ensued, and the victim was shot. Investigators said they believe the victim and the suspect knew each other.
The victim — identified by officials as Jose Lopez-Rivas — was brought to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. Police previously said Lopez-Rivas was 24 years old, but they later announced his birth certificate revealed he was actually 21 at the time of his death.
According to MNPD, Titans Unit detectives arrested 23-year-old Rivaldo Sis-Tobar on Wednesday, Dec. 10 on an outstanding homicide warrant “after assistance from community members aided in identifying him as the suspected shooter.”…
