GOODLETTSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — The City of Goodlettsville has approved another new subdivision.
On Thursday, city leaders pushed through the annexation of roughly 45 acres of farmland along Long Hollow Pike, allowing for nearly 70 new homes. The development, known as Ironwood, will be built on empty, unused farmland on/behind an old residential property.

Neighbors, however, have been vocal in their opposition to this plan.
“I feel like everything we say doesn’t matter to you,” Cody Stilwell told city commissioners Thursday. “You even said how many people have showed up; it’s like a record number every time that they show up for this. We say ‘No, no, no,’ and somehow you guys say ‘Yes.’”…
