NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — A proposed development along Nolensville Pike in District 31 has sparked debate among residents, highlighting the challenges Nashville neighborhoods face as the city continues to grow.
The project calls for rezoning property at 6240 Nolensville Pike to allow for 16 owner-occupied townhomes behind a small commercial space, which developers say would likely house a drive-thru coffee shop. Project engineers said plans include preserving trees on the back half of the property and adding stormwater controls to reduce environmental impact.
