Bond set at $76K for suspect in attempted Nashville Christmas Eve kidnapping

Nashville, Tenn. (WZTV) — On Christmas Eve, just before 10 PM, police received a report of an alleged assault happening in the parking lot of the Summit East Nashville Apartments.

Police arrived on scene and spoke with the victim who told them that three Hispanic men had tried to force her into a vehicle. The victim said she screamed during the altercation, catching the attention of a witness. Two of the men then ran toward the exit of the complex with the third running the opposite direction. Police saw that she had visible injuries. The victim suffered shallow cuts and had visible handprints on her left arm that were consistent with her allegations.

While police were interviewing the victim, she pointed out a Hispanic man who was walking toward the exit of the apartment complex. She identified him as one of the three suspects…
