Shooting at Nashville short-term rental sparks neighbor safety concerns

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – The Metro Nashville Police Department is investigating a shooting that left a man hospitalized after he was shot in the neck at a short-term rental home early Friday morning.

The shooting occurred around 12:30 a.m. in the garage of a vacation rental along West End Circle. The victim was rushed to the hospital and is expected to recover, police said.

No arrests have been made as investigators work to determine what led to the shooting, according to officers at the scene.

Neighbors report loud party before shooting
