On New Year’s Eve Nolensville, Tennessee USA police finally identified and began a statewide manhunt of for 24 year-old Allen Bautisa Milla who is wanted in the hit-and-run homicide of elite cyclist Blaise Schaeffer (JIGAWATT CYCLING) three weeks ago.
Police allege that Milla was behind the wheel of a blue Honda Civic driving erratically and fleeing from police officers on 10 December when he ran crashed into Schaeffer out on a training ride.
After hitting the cyclist, the Honda became disabled and came to a stop, with Milla bailing out of the vehicle and running away, according to police reports…
