Williamson County real estate outlook for 2026

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — Greater Nashville Realtors predict a more steady real estate market for 2026.

Greater Nashville Realtors say there is rising inventory, price stability and growing buyer interest in Middle Tennessee, which means the start of the new year is a great time to enter the market.

Realtors optimistic for 2026 housing market in Middle Tennessee

Jack Gaughan, president of Greater Nashville Realtors, told News 2 that the winter months are usually a more favorable time to buy or sell since the market hits a little bit of a lull.
