Attainable housing Developer, Middleburg Communities has submitted final plans for Mosby Riverside, a new 439-unit development along Clarksville Pike. The 6-building property is bordered by Ted Rhodes Golf Course, the Cumberland River Greenway and about 5 minutes to Downtown Nashville. The project has a reference address of 0 Clarksville Pike.
The project received preliminary SP Zoning approval in September of 2023 for a max of 590 apartments across four, 4-story buildings. The final plan proposes a total of 439 apartments across six 4-story buildings as well as a new development team. A request has been submitted for final site plan approval for the site. Once approved, the request will permit the 439 multi-family residential units, on the 14.25 acres site. The request was made by Catalyst Design Group on behalf of the property owner.
