NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A man who was recently released on bond has been taken into custody again after drugs and a loaded gun were found inside his vehicle in East Nashville, officials said.
According to the Metro Nashville Police Department, Shamon Foley, 42, was out on bond following an arrest that occurred on Dec. 4, 2025.

During that incident, Foley was reportedly taken into custody after TITANS Unit detectives observed him violate traffic laws while traveling in a Ford Expedition along Shelby Avenue. Authorities added a handgun and drugs were found inside the vehicle, which led to Foley being charged with eight drug and weapons related charges.
According to officials, Foley was out on a $61,000 bond for the December arrest when officers found him in a Ford Expedition at a gas station on Dickerson Pike on Saturday, Jan. 3.
