‘We don’t want this’: Neighbors not feeling heard amid Goodlettsville rezoning proposal

GOODLETTSVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — One Metro Nashville Council member is behind a rezoning effort to add 38 homes to a Goodlettsville neighborhood, despite neighbors’ opposition.

“Save Our Nashville Neighborhoods” signs are lined up on and surrounding West Campbell Road where this rezoning proposal is focused. It’s right across from Ron Johnson’s house. Johnson has lived here for more than 20 years and doesn’t mind if a house goes across the street, but 38 homes? He thinks that will push infrastructure to the brink.
