NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A man has been charged after he was accused of vandalizing a home and vehicle, according to the Portland Police Department.
PPD said the investigation began on Dec. 16, 2025, after a city resident reported someone had dumped “human excrement” onto their front porch and stabbed all four tires on their vehicle.
