Greater Nashville Realtors recently released their 2025 Year-End Report, which pulled data from every ZIP code in Davidson County to determine the top markets based on closings and median sales price.

For the third year in a row, Antioch’s 37013 ZIP code had the most closings in Davidson County. The area wrapped 2025 with 1,121 closings, per the data.
