NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A new bill introduced Tuesday aims to stop the sale of nitrous oxide at vape shops after a WSMV4 investigation showed how easily the addictive drug can be purchased.
The legislation comes after the station’s undercover investigation revealed the deadly impact nitrous oxide had on Nashville woman Kelly Rosenthal, who died four months after sharing her addiction story with WSMV4.
