Sub-feezing temperatures made their way into the South and Southeast Thursday into Friday, with lows in the 30s as far south as South Florida! These chilly temps were cold enough to stun cold-blooded Iguanas, which are an invasive species.
Temperatures dropped into the teens and 20s farther north into the Panhandle and surrounding SE states. A few record lows fell across the South too.
Starting late Saturday, the next round of cold begins to work it’s way into the South. Nashville will likely see wind chills in the teens Saturday night into Sunday, with wind chills to the 30s in Tampa by Monday morning…
